Is SSO possible?
Yes. SSO connection is added from the Integrations page of the service. Users can be prevented from logging in other than SSO, in which case access rights can be managed mainly through Google accounts, for instance.
Where is your data being stored?
We use Google West Europe servers. Physically, the data is stored in either Germany or Belgium. We want to offer European companies the opportunity to store all their data in the EU.
What are SMS verification codes?
SMS verification codes are used to validate the signer (Two-Way Authentication). This is a globally available option that provides greater certainty about the identity of the signer than the simplest, IP-based authentication. The signer will receive a confirmation code via SMS, which must be added to the signature view to complete the signing.
Do I need strong authentication signatures?
Most companies do not need strong authentication when signing customer contracts. In practice, strong authentication means authentication of the signer with Nordic banking IDs. This mainly applies to sectors such as financial management or finance, which are subject to money laundering legislation.
Can I also send non-disclosure agreements?
Yes. It is possible to add to the service any contract template or, for example, a minutes template that needs signing. Non-disclosure agreements are a standard agreement template used in the service.
